Add your med spa to the North Carolina directory.

Med spas are the category where a client genuinely cannot tell a properly supervised practice from an unsupervised one — and the ones cutting corners advertise hardest. A listing that names your medical oversight does work a discount cannot.

Why it works

Why credentials belong at the top of a med spa listing

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures sold in a retail setting. Clients know enough to be nervous and rarely enough to assess a practice, so they lean heavily on whatever signals they can find.

Supervision is the differentiator

Who directs the practice, and who actually holds the syringe, is the question underneath every consultation. Answering it on your listing separates you from whoever is undercutting you.

Treatment names are the search terms

People search for the specific thing — a filler, a laser, a peel by name. Listing your actual treatment menu is how those searches find you.

A local citation, not a national one

A followed link from a North Carolina community site is worth more for a single-location practice than an entry on a national booking app you also pay commission to.

Nothing to maintain

You are running a treatment room and a front desk. Send the details once and we write, publish and update the page for you.

Questions

Med spa directory questions, answered

How do I add my med spa to the directory?

Fill out the short form on our claim page with your business name, medical director or supervising provider, treatments and booking link. We verify, write and publish the page within about two business days.

Do you require medical supervision to be listed?

Yes. We ask who directs the practice and confirm it before publishing.

This is the category where that check matters most. Clients cannot assess it themselves, and a directory listing every operation that calls itself a med spa would be actively unhelpful to the practices doing it properly.

Is the listing really free?

Yes — no trial, no card, no commission on bookings. Your listing links to your own booking page, and what happens after someone clicks is between you and them.

Can you list before-and-after photos?

Not on the free listing, which carries one featured image — and results photography is regulated enough that we would rather you host it yourself, where your own consent and disclaimer language sits alongside it.

The premium feature adds a gallery if you want more images on the page.

Can we list prices for treatments?

We keep prices off and link to your own menu instead. Aesthetic pricing moves with promotions and product cost, and a stale price on a directory page starts consultations badly.

Can I update the listing later?

Any time, without an account. Text or email the change — a new device, an added treatment, a new provider — and we update the page for you, free.
