I am very pleased with the way my shop turned out I had 3 guys come and build it. I bought them lunch and kept them hydrated they worked from 7am-6pm never stopped but for lunch they were very precise with there work and I appreciate that. They also cleaned up there mess and put it in a pile for me to haul off. I wish I could remember the guys names but they all 3 had nicknames that I wrote on the review sheet and they did the job on 8/28/24. Thanks so much and Chris Hutchison the best customer support from viking structures. I would add photos but it is dark outside. Just trust me they did a great job.
I have seen a lot of good reviews for Viking, but I have had a terrible experience. We ordered a structure in May 2024 and told them we would be ready on August 2024. Our concrete was ready and I was asked to send a picture and no one responded. I had to follow up and then they said it will be 6-8 weeks after they approved the picture. I told them that was not acceptable and was told they will have it ready in 4 weeks (maximum). I called the week before and was told they will not have it done for another 3 weeks. I told them to give me back my money. Then they said they will have it on Sep. 06, 2024. I contacted them the day before to ask them what time they will be there. I was told they won’t be. They said they will be there Sep. 08, 2024 (Sunday) at lunchtime. It is Sunday, no show, no call and they are refusing to take my call. They have $14k-$15k of my money and think it’s ok to ghost me. I don’t know how there are so many good reviews, I definitely did not get any kind of service.
Seth Stanley was my contact at Viking Steel Structures. Seth was great to work with on getting everything selected for our building. He was always so professional & he is great at his job. He was patient and kind with me with all the changes I did, there were a lot. Seth helped me pick out the colors and the trim color that I would not have thought about that he suggested looked great! I know we will enjoy our building for many years! Seth was awesome to work with! He was always efficient and got whatever I needed done in a timely manner! My building turned out exactly as planned. We needed a structure for miscellaneous farm use. Vikings online building design tool made that an easy process for me. Brett was professional and courteous. He has been great to work with throughout the entire process! The Installation went very smooth, all the components were as designed and went together easily.
