Wonderful service! These guys know what their doing and really went the extra mile by keeping me informed on the status of the job. They also did a great paint job to my entire house and re-did the deck on the back. Even after the jobs were completed they still offered to help by towing extra trash away. 10/10 would recommend.

Cliff and his team were awesome to work with. They were prompt with communication, responses, and quick with their work. The roof and deck look great. They cleaned up their debris and even moved and replaced the stuff I forgot to take off the old deck. The weather has been scorching, (I wish I has home to offer them respite from the heat) but that did not deter them from completing the job. I will definitely be using them again for any home projects.

I noticed some issues with quality of the deck work (pictures attached). They are pretty obvious; uneven banister, misaligned boards, boards sticking up from not being screwed down, stairs are not all the same length. I have messaged Cliff and will update when the problems are fixed.

The team at Unlimited Home Services did such an amazing job on our home. They came through for us after things went wrong with another company we were working with. They were at our home ready to work in less than 48 hours. In addition to repairing a drywall and painting a bedroom, they also installed Laminate vinyl planking in our hall and bathroom. We definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Selected that I did not use this business and just to be clear I cannot speak on the quality of work as none was done for me. However Clifton the person with who I spoke with, started out as understanding, kind, and with the attitude of I can do it all. After speaking with Clifton regarding a renovation of property we explained the situation to him when through the details and agreed that he would take a look at the site to give us a quote and call us to discuss plans while on site. We emphasized to Clifton we weren’t sure of the lockbox combo because the property had been vacant for a while, but sent him a list of ones that we normally use on properties, he assured us he would and I’m quoting him directly “find a way to get it, and that it was no problem”. Long story short a week went by the supposed date he was supposed to call us on site, and there was no word from
Him. We reached out to him calling us dishonest and telling us “trust is key” “good luck” with no explanation. After further discussion Clifton informed us that it was a “master lock” on site not a lockbox and because of this reason we were liars, and because we lied about a lockbox that meant if he did any work he would not be paid. I’m not sure if this was just a way to decline a project he didn’t want to do, or he is really that unprofessional. I told him we could provide proof of ownership, and it could have easily been worked out had he communicated with us, but good old Clifton could not apparently handle a mishap about the locks on site. Overall a rude, unprofessional, and huge waste of time dealing with him. And for that I leave this review solely based off the interaction.

We used cliff and his team to have our floors repaired and to put down new lvp flooring as well as some dry wall and painting. they mentioned to us that there was more damage in the wall than expected and made it a priority to have that fixed as well which we appreciated very much. they work very hard and are really busy guys. floors came out great and the molding trim was perfect as well. my only concern was timing and thats only because of how busy they are but maybe in future could have a better flexible schedule. But not a huge issue at all. Glad we chose them and we will be using them again in the future to fix some more flooring. Highly recommend these guys.
