Wish I could give them 0 stars I called the day before asking if my insurance was in network they stated yes I get to the place and they say they left me a voicemail stating my insurance isn't in network after telling them I never received a voicemail they just dismissed me I left my newborn at home for this.
Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Cleaning was quick enough, great communication. And they gave me a cookie at the end.
Disappointed in the service I got over the phone. Spoke with someone who was short with me and seemed like she just didn't care to be there. I have never had a bad experience in the past and this office always made me feel welcome and worked to accommodate my schedule. I hadn't been there since Nov. of 2021 and my account was marked as in active. When I was schedule the appointment the front desk human just assumed I had never been there. She offered me an appointment on May 15th which worked great for my schedule because I would have to drive up there 4 hours from where I am. Then she found out I was an old patient and all of the sudden she couldn't get me in until late June. Pretty disappointed in this office. They offered to put me on the call list and would call with last minute appointment changes. Woof. Not a great experience.
Been going here since I was a kid! Always a great experience. I tried a new dentist when I moved away and was told I had a cavity (would be my first ever) came back to Twin city for a second opinion and was told it is just a weak spot that prescription toothpaste can help with. Now I drive 2 hours every 6 months for top notch cleaning and exams. LeeAnn and Broke have been my hygienists and love the entire experience.
I had an overall great experience with Twin City Dentistry. First off, the receptionists were very welcoming. Then Angel, my dental hygienist, did a great job with cleaning my teeth. She also gave me helpful advice and provided rationale for brushing my teeth in a particular way. Finally, Dr. Holland had great bedside manner and calmed me of any fears I had about my teeth. He literally showed me each tooth on my x-ray and explained the findings to me. You can also tell that Dr. Holland is up to date on his practices, and he seems to be very evidence-based. After the visit, the receptionists provided me with a warm cookie and bottled water. Highly recommend!
