I had a lot of anxiety before my appointment but everyone, from start to finish, was wonderful. Front desk check and check out were so kind and made me feel at ease. My hygienist was AMAZING. Super quick, efficient and professional. The dentist was nice as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a dentist.
The entire team is friendly and knowledgable, focusing on prevention which is always very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
Wish I could give them 0 stars I called the day before asking if my insurance was in network they stated yes I get to the place and they say they left me a voicemail stating my insurance isn't in network after telling them I never received a voicemail they just dismissed me I left my newborn at home for this.
Very friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Cleaning was quick enough, great communication. And they gave me a cookie at the end.
Disappointed in the service I got over the phone. Spoke with someone who was short with me and seemed like she just didn't care to be there. I have never had a bad experience in the past and this office always made me feel welcome and worked to accommodate my schedule. I hadn't been there since Nov. of 2021 and my account was marked as in active. When I was schedule the appointment the front desk human just assumed I had never been there. She offered me an appointment on May 15th which worked great for my schedule because I would have to drive up there 4 hours from where I am. Then she found out I was an old patient and all of the sudden she couldn't get me in until late June. Pretty disappointed in this office. They offered to put me on the call list and would call with last minute appointment changes. Woof. Not a great experience.
