Working with Triangle's Trusted Roofing Company was one of the best renovation experiences we've had. Ryan, Jerry, Jonathon and the whole crew are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with throughout our experience. The price quoted was fair, and the final cost differed only slightly due to a bit of plywood being replaced. The crew worked hard, our roof looks amazing, and the yard and deck were cleaner than before they started the job! The owner, Ryan, is friendly and professional. He arrived on time for the estimate, had roofing samples with him, suggested the prefect color, and clearly explained the process, warranty, etc. Jerry, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was on site several times throughout the job and took time to throughly answer all our questions. Jonathon, the crew foreman, a really nice guy, made sure the job went smoothly and that everything was clean at the end of the day. We are so pleased with how the entire process was managed and with the fabulous final result. We highly recommend Ryan and his company for quality work by quality people for a reasonable price.
Great company, highly recommend. A tree fell on our house (2 weeks after move-in!) and destroyed the garage roof and a lot of framing. We had a long journey with Triangles Trusted Roofing due to difficulties with our insurance company. The owner was always communicative and very easy to work with. It's a testament to his fair pricing that we submitted his bid, the insurance company came in well under with their estimate, and after much back and forth we asked the insurance company for a bid from their preferred contractor. That bid came in ABOVE Triangle's Trusted. So the insurance company finally paid out the original bid amount. In addition to fair pricing, they do great work. Framing is not as easy as replacing roof shingles and we thought the work was very solid. When there was an issue with the drywall for our ceiling, they came in and redid the work at their own request (via the work site manager Jerry), not ours. They made everything right and went above and beyond to do good work and treat us with respect and kindness. I can't recommend them enough.
We were ready to replace our roof and just happened to meet Ryan at the Home Show in Raleigh. From the very first moment we knew we were going to work with a honest and reliable company. Fair enough, we could not be more pleased with the cost, quality of materials, quality of work and professionalism. Mr Lewis (the Project Manager) was at all times making sure the work was done to the highest quality. He even took care of a few very minor details after the work was completed. It is hard these days to find a reliable company. And we can tell Triangle's Trusted Roofing is on top of the list. Highly recommend them!
An absolute pleasure to work with, cannot recommend them enough. Ryan, the owner, visited our property multiple times to provide photo and video supplements for my insurance company. He worked with my public adjuster to gather everything needed and actively communicated with me throughout the entire process - which spanned 3+ months. We only signed contracts after the insurance claim was approved. The pricing was transparent, and payments were collected only after all the insurance checks cleared. I was able to choose the specs and appearance of the shingles I wanted, and the team took care of everything else. Jerry, the project manager, and his team replaced our roof within a day. They cleaned up all the debris and even helped replace a vinyl siding (free of charge) that was lightly damaged during the job. Since the sun sets early during the winter, Jerry returned the next day to ensure no rogue construction material was lying around our property. I'm very happy with the new roof. The entire process was completely hassle free. Triangle's trusted roofing is a team of professionals. Once again, highly recommend!
Triangle’s Trusted Roofing has been a true pleasure to work with in replacing our roof. Ryan came out promptly to assess when we expressed the need for a roof replacement. He was reasonable and transparent as we discussed the needs and costs. He was thoughtful in how he assessed our roof, finding that attic fans could come out, improving air circulation out of roof vents. Jerry was the project manager on the job and Jerry was phenomenal. He was always available to answer our calls, provide updates on the job, ensure cleanup was thorough. He went above and beyond after the job was completed to assess a potential issue we had with a squirrel. The team genuine cares for their clients and ensures they are well taken care of. Cannot recommend Triangle Trusted Roofing enough!
