I had very bad experience with the Triad Tree Trimmer Company. They did a poor job taking down a tree: (1) the top of the downed tree wasn’t removed but left on the edge of my yard and in the pond. (2) The wood was supposed to be neatly stacked for later use as firewood, but it was thrown all over the place, and left on the ground to just rot. (3) I asked that the stump be cut to the ground but it is up 3’ tall. (4) Jordan was to spray beech trees for beech beetles, but he had no idea what chemical he was using, benefits risks, and how often it should be done. (5) There was trash left around. While his (Jordan’s) language was polite: he gave new meaning to the term passive aggressive and they did a terrible job. Don’t use this company; Expensive, dishonest, and bad work!
