I would highly recommend Dr. Trent Bottoms to anyone looking for a new dentist. His office uses advanced, up-to-date technology to treat patients. He has a highly skilled team, all with an exceptional bedside manner. They took time to explain treatment and were very efficient getting me and out, and staying on schedule.
I switched to Dr. Bottoms after my previous dentist passed away. I will say I was nervous at first because I had been with my previous dentist for over 20+ years. I was put at ease the first time I was seen at his office. I have had my teeth cleaned twice - the dental hygienist did a great job. I've also had 3 caps completed by Dr. Bottoms and his assistant, they both took their time with me and I didn't not feel as either of them were rushing to get to the next patient. This practice has very up to date equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable in operating it. As you can tell, I have been very pleased with this practice from the first day.
This was first appointment with Dr. Bottoms. I had a fantastic experience. scheduling was easy, all the paperwork was done before I even showed up. (Paulette at the front desk made sure I got it done). The teeth cleaning/x-rays weee quick and painless (thanks again Kristy), the hardest part of the whole encounter was telling everyone I had to leave after my appointment and get back to work. Dr. Bottoms was thorough and knowledgeable. He used some words I didn’t understand at first but I think he recognized that because not long after he pulled out the old Google and some crayons so could comprehend the dental lingo. I am already recommending this practice to my family and friends. 10/10
Dr.B (Trent) was so thorough and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental practice. From scheduling, reminders, transferring records, check in, rescheduling and the actual appointment, I couldn’t ask for an easier process. Paulette(reception) was wonderful, she even texted me with questions and emailed me paperwork. Amy(hygienist) was wonderful, explaining everything that was going to happen during the appointment. She also took note of all questions I had for Dr.B and he addressed every one of them during the exam. I’ve also never been tested for oral cancer during a dental cleaning/exam so that took me by surprise and also impressed me. Dr.Bottoms is not only a great dentist but has a wonderful staff and practice. I would recommend him to everyone. I even asked him about my 2 year old and he gave me a wonderful recommendation for a pediatric dentist. Highly recommended.
If there were ten stars to give I would. Today I had my first visit and EVERYONE at this office was so nice and very professional. I really loved how Dr. Trenton explained everything so that I understood what was causing my tooth pain.
