They helped me with a speeding citation I got in Louisburg county. All communications were through via e-mail which I preferred. They were quick to respond and cost was relatively low/competitive. Provided them with some documentation and they essentially handled the rest. I was cited for 21 over which got knocked down. Overall would recommend.
