Ger was wonderful! He takes the time to assess and listen, using his depth of knowledge to confidently work on the body in a unique way. Ger found a part of my spine that needed release, which has now allowed me to breathe without pain at the top of my breath. He provided practical ideas for exercises and strengthening to maintain alignment and balance in the body. I would definitely recommend seeing him!
I was initially skeptical when I arrived due to the office's location, but Ger made me feel completely comfortable. He was professional, taking his time to evaluate me and asking thorough questions before starting his services. I had numerous questions, and he patiently answered all of them. After he finished, I felt significantly better. It was the first time I experienced functional improvement. I had increased range of motion, and I could tell that my muscles had been effectively worked. The following day, I had a challenging track practice, but I was able to achieve blazing times. Ger is a professionally skilled body therapist. My fascia and connective tissues were bound and restricted proper circulation. Ger’s work has restored improved circulation to the connective tissues and muscles, therefore more oxygen in these areas has resulted in improved range of motion and less pain. Ger does great body work. I saw my primary care provider about my ‘frozen shoulder’ and was encouraged to get a cortisone shot if the pain got worse. The ability of the shoulder joint was around 30%. I went to Ger for a second opinion and for an alternative to cortisone. Over two sessions he was able to increase my range of motion to 90%. Exercises and stretches, to work on at home, were given to continue to work on shoulder to get back to 100% range of motion. Will return again if new issues arise. Five stars!
Ger is the best! I would absolutely recommend him for any athlete needing body work. I was having some random knee pain this week and I’ll be getting in my usual long run pain-free after just one session.
