The food is authentic with a traditional Thai menu. The customer service needs work...it is hit or miss depending on who is working there. I went back today to order what I ordered a few days ago, and I was advised that wasn't allowed (after I was told it was fine the other day)...so I'll just go back to other nearby places that do allow it. I do broth fastings and want/need a consistent place to work with on the fasting cycles.
Food was great and fresh. Quick service and all the servers were very attentive and kind. Ordered spring rolls and the chicken wings, the sauce was very flavorful and yummy, chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Loved the pho too, good amount for the price. Also the Thai iced coffee was very unique in flavor sweet but not too sweet. Lastly the roti for desert was so good, crunchy and sweet. Definitely a good place to eat, huge menu, and if you are adventurous to explore different flavors
Bangkok Chicken and Roti did not disappoint! No pics, but the chicken satay, pad see ew, and steamed dumplings were delicious as well!
This is the first time I've been to Siamzap and ordered take out. I got a beef pho and the spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok. The ingredients were fresh but the chicken was dry. The peanut sauce was ok. The beef pho though was quite good. The regular size was decent and the broth was really delicious. This isn't a bad spot for pho especially for Chapel Hill.
Looked up pho place near me and this came up. Was not disappointed with the results. Tried a soup I’ve never tried before and to my liking, enjoyed it. The waitress who helped my party was very friendly and efficient. Definitely will come back if I’m in the area.
