I had a leak, kitchen faucet. He identified the leak, told me it couldn't be repaired just replaced. He wanted to charge 450.00 to install a new faucet, that's robbery! The faucet cost less than 200 with tax, that's 250 to install! I told him that was too high to use his services, he tells me I have no idea how much it cost to run a business. I do, I guess he saw a black face and assumed I couldn't be a business owner, I paid his 75 walk in the door fee, and patched it myself. I'll call one of my neighbors who is handy to put it in after Thanksgiving.

Mr. Scott and Christian came out today, and it turns out my problem wasn't a plumbing problem at all. He was friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He recommended an HVAC tech (the real problem) for me to call. He was referred to me by a friend, and I will be calling Mr. Scott and Christian for any plumbing work that needs to be done in my home!!!

I was referred to Scott Plumbing Company by a friend. I've been looking for a good plumber for a while, and haven't been pleased with others I've worked with. I'm very happy to say that I'll be using Mr. Scott for all my needs going forward. He is currently quoting a new project for us, after he came in right away to help with faucet leak. I left him a message Saturday evening, stating it wasn't an emergency. He called me back right away and setup a time for Monday morning. He then called Monday to confirm he was on his way. He was prompt, polite, very professional, and even though the job was more involved than I thought, the pricing for the job was more than reasonable. He had the supplies he needed in his van and I was back in business in less than hour. His rate is really reasonable, and he does fantastic work. If you need a plumbing service in the area he services, don't hesitate to have him come out. He does a great job!

I woke up to a unexpected leak from the kitchen into the basement. I had never needed a plumber before and reached out to Scott Plumbing based on several positive reviews. Robert returned my call promptly, was able to make arrangements to come look at the issue in a reasonable time frame. He was very professional and knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. Since the issue was with the dishwasher and out of the scope of his work, he very kindly provided a recommendation to a reputable company who specializes in appliances. I will use Scott Plumbing again for future needs.
