Recovery Roofing just completed replacement of a leaky skylight at my home in Durham. I am very happy with the results. Reggie and Paolo were polite, friendly, and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for roofing needs.

Just recently purchased property for a baseball academy. Reginald and the team he worked with were very professional, productive, and he personally took time out to walk me step by step to get great results. Communicated about all aspect of repairing my roof and did an amazing job on the overall repair. Recovery Roofing as a team keep us informed of changes during the process. I highly recommend!!

If you want to keep your leftover materials for future repairs then use a different company. My insurance company paid $13k to have my roof replaced by recovery roofing and they came out and did the work which was decent except the sagging plywood underneath was not replaced so there is a big sag in my roof now which can easily be fixed by nailing 2x4's in between the trusses or just shimming the low spot. Josh told me I couldn't keep any of the leftover shingles because they return them to get more money back. The insurance company used satellite to figure out how much material my roof needed and paid out that exact amount for everything that was ordered. The roofing company did not over order on materials, the ins company pays for the amount they think will do the job and they add a percentage for overage. Josh would come take the new rolls of vapor barrier and drop off old rolls to use so he could return the new ones my ins company paid for. He also brought open bundles of shingles from an old job so the new bundles could be returned. When I called my ins company to find out if I was allowed to keep the leftover materials they told me all of it was mine to keep but Josh had already hauled off the leftover materials. The ins company said they always pay for more than what is needed to make sure they have enough for the job and any materials left over are for the customer to keep for repairs. They said that the roofing company did not pay for those materials and the amount that was ordered was the exact amount that the ins company had paid for and the shipping invoice also had that amount on it. The sagging plywood could have been submitted to my ins company before installing the 3 tab shingles but now it's too late. After the job was finished they submitted an extra bill to my ins company because they said the price of the shingles had gone up with oil prices after they purchased them. My ins company told them they were not going to pay the extra bill because they already paid the $13k estimate that recovery had submitted. I would use Baker Roofing or Rescue Roofing if I ever need anything else done to my roof. I did have an addition put on my house and went with a local company but i dont remember the name. I can upload a pic of the roof sag, shipping invoice, or the receipt to prove the work was done by their company and the amount of materials paid for was the amount that was delivered. Just in case they claim that they don't know who I am or that they paid for extra materials out of their own pocket. I even counted everything that was delivered and it was exactly the amount my ins company paid for and ordered. My neighbors asked who they should use for their roof and I told them to ask if they can keep the leftover shingles and to get it in writing before they sign any contract. They were allowed to keep the leftover shingles that their ins company paid for. That's a big deal especially if you need to repair a section from a storm and need them to match and be from the same lot.

Had Recovery Roofing come out for an estimate on a roof repair from wind damage and Mr. Reginald was very helpful and accommodating with additional request I had. Recovery Roofing was very reasonable on price and their workers did a great job on the installation. Very happy with the results

Matt and the team did an awesome job on our roof. They were able to replace the whole roof, fix leaks and damaged parts and replace our old sky lights with the new ones within 2 days and all for a fare price. They even came back and helped me to fix parts of my old siding that was not in the contract initially and didn't charge me extra for it.
