Had them come inspect an issue with a leaking gutter and check on the state of my roof. Reggie was great! He took pictures and explained what was going on which turns out not to be a major issue. He said half of the roof is in good shape, the other half may need work in 2-3 years. Very knowledgeable, honest, and detail minded. I have not had any work done yet but plan to have them add gutter guards if the estimate amount is reasonable/affordable for me. I definitely plan to contact them again once my roof needs work!
Never got back to me with a quote for putting roof vents in a commercial roof. Waited a few months then when I called they said "it's too expensive to do"! So, if they don't want to do it, call the customer and tell them!! This is what gives contractors a bad name. Go somewhere else! They say they called us and could not do the work, but we did not receive a call. I said I was disappointed they didn't tell me, I was never "disingenuous or angry" with them. Now they leave a nasty message on the BBB calling me a liar.....a company I never did any business with complains to the BBB. ???
This company was very professional from start to finish. The salesperson, Bob, worked side by side with our insurance claims adjuster and assisted him in determining hail damage. Bob even went up on the steep roof for inspection. I felt like we had an advocate to guard against an unwarranted claim denial. Our claim was approved and all we had to pay was the deductible. They used Certainteed shingles, which are very high quality shingles. The crew arrived at around 7 a.m. and stayed until dusk. They were able to complete the steep pitched hip roof of a 3,200 sq. ft. house in one day. They spread tarps all around the house to facilitate cleanup of the old shingles. The cleanup was so good that you could not tell any construction had ever taken place. This is a first class company in every aspect!
Every person I’ve encountered with this business has been 5 stars. Chris Walkup was great to work with in the beginning and Reggie Smith was very friendly and highly professional when inspecting the job. Our new roof and gutters look great!
Amazing service from Recovery Roofing. Had a leak and Reggie and associate came out the next day. Inspected and repaired the same day! Kelly, at the office is super friendly and helpful getting the work scheduled. Great company to work with.
