I am so glad that I found Precise Roofing and Exteriors! After I had left an initial voicemail, they called me back within thirty minutes. It was super easy to communicate with them through the whole process. They were really transparent about the estimate. The work was completed in only a few hours (chimney removal and patching a metal roof), and they did a really great job! The person who did the work was professional, and cleaned up after he was done (moreso than I expected!). They color matched the new metal roof panel that they put on, even though they didn't have to! I really appreciated that. That's kind of the theme with this company: they went above and beyond multiple times. So if you are looking for someone that is prompt, professional, and high-quality, look no further!

We found out during the process of having solar panels installed that our shingles were part of the manufacturer defect class action lawsuit and needed to be replaced about a decade earlier than we anticipated. Precise Roofing and Exteriors was recommended by someone we trust and we are so happy we went with them! Roberto was very easy to work with and helped guide us through everything we needed to do at each step even through the holidays when we would expect delayed communications from any business. He sent over materials presentations that made it very easy for us to select what type of shingles we wanted with the warranty type and duration we wanted, as well as a list of locations we could drive by to see certain colors on a roof before making a selection. That part was critical for us because we thought we wanted a particular color and seeing them on a roof changed our minds about the color and allowed us to pick exactly what we were envisioning for our home based on real life presentation. Scheduling was fast and easy, his crew showed up on time and were very respectful of us and our property. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up around the house at the end of each day. The day after they finished installing the roof they came by the house one more time to make sure cleanup was thorough. We have pets and I tend to walk around barefoot outside so I have since gone out to be sure there are no stray nails anywhere and I have not found a single one. To say we are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, care for our home, and thoroughness of cleanup is an understatement. We would recommend Precise Roofing and Exteriors to anyone without reservation and would absolutely use them again in the future for any other home repair or restoration needs.
