I was in quite a bit of pain when I came to see Dr. Richardson. I have had chiropractic care for 40 years and know how crucially important it is to have chiropractic care in my life. This has enabled me to heal from injuries and to maintain my healthy lifestyle. I had called around since im new to NC and was thoroughly disappointed in the responses and price I was quoted. Dr. Richardson was running a new patient special and I decided to drive 34 minutes from Greensboro to give his practice a try. The office was clean and inviting. The awesome staff was helpful. Dr. Richardson was very detail oriented, professional and listened to what I had to say. My treatment was as I expected, having been a long time chiropractic advocate. I went home sore as expected and woke up feeling much better the next day. I'm going to have a follow up appointment to ensure my body is back to where I need it to be and plan on staying with Dr. Richardson going forward. Thank you for being awesome!

I have been receiving very good treatments here. I am always informed on what’s goi on with my body. Very pleasant , peaceful atmosphere from the time you walk in the door, til the time that you leave. I wish everyone could have this wonderful experience.
