Piedmont Metro installed my dad’s downstairs unit 2 years ago and replaced the upstairs unit recently. Both times, they have been professional, knowledgeable, on time, and offered fantastic customer service. My house temperature had not been getting below 82 degrees for a few days. I called Piedmont Metro last night and they were at my house after lunch today. They made no disparaging comments about my 1970’s unit (as many other companies have) and did not try to sell me a new unit (as other companies have). They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part, and fixed it. Two hours later, my family is enjoying a cool house. The service was professional, fast, clean, and kind. They are even dog-friendly! I will continue to use Piedmont Metro for all of my heating and air conditioning needs and I recommend that you do, too.
