We were first-time customers who'd been thinking of trying PF Plumbing. They responded quickly to our emergency weekend call when an outdoor water spigot pipe broke, forcing us to turn off all water to the house. Charles arrived within an hour and installed a new spigot outside, a new copper pipe from the inside, and a cutoff valve (photo). You see real quality work here, with excellent materials. We got complete explanations and transparent flat rate pricing. Charles also replaced a toilet flapper. That was on the expensive side, but on the other hand, he had one in his truck, saving me the hassle of hunting one down locally and hoping I had all the tools to do the job myself. We'd love to stay with these good folks for a long time. Highly recommended.
PF plumbing is great! They are responsive and easy to work with. Had signed up for their service partner program last year and they called to schedule our annual inspection, which is so nice to not have to remember to do. Brandon Sylvester was our technician and he was incredibly nice and respectful, and informative of what he was performing.
It was easy to arrange the appointment. Zack was on time and quickly diagnosed our problem. He proposed a solution, gave me a price, and got right to work. He put down a pad to protect the kitchen floor. His work went quickly and successfully. Before he left, he cleaned up after himself. I’m planning some upgrades and will definitely call PF again!

We had an old gas water heater replaced as well as a few other plumbing issues by Logan from PF Plumbing, just yesterday. We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and quality of work. Logan was patient and explained everything he was doing and we trust that the work he did will last as long as it should. He was here when he was scheduled to come and spend the entire day, joined by Zach for the water heater installation. We would surely recommend PF Plumbing.
