We were first-time customers who'd been thinking of trying PF Plumbing. They responded quickly to our emergency weekend call when an outdoor water spigot pipe broke, forcing us to turn off all water to the house. Charles arrived within an hour and installed a new spigot outside, a new copper pipe from the inside, and a cutoff valve (photo). You see real quality work here, with excellent materials. We got complete explanations and transparent flat rate pricing. Charles also replaced a toilet flapper. That was on the expensive side, but on the other hand, he had one in his truck, saving me the hassle of hunting one down locally and hoping I had all the tools to do the job myself. We'd love to stay with these good folks for a long time. Highly recommended.
PF Plumbing is great. Charles Virden and his associate were excellent. They fully assessed our plumbing situation and gave us fair feedback and estimates. We are now looking over our options and will get back to them regarding our decisions. They were very knowledgeable and gave me excellent suggestions, but kindly did not push us into a rush decision. I will continue to work with them.
PF Plumbing is an outstanding company. Their plumbing staff are well trained and very courteous. Justin, in particular, has been to our house several times over the past three years. On each occasion he has performed admirably, completing the necessary work quickly and with a professional result.

I had a toilet that was having issues in the tank with low and hissing water refill and needed someone to look at it. PF plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem and did a modified rebuild of both tanks. I also had a handle that wasn’t working well. They replaced those as well. The toilets are working great now. I also joined their service plan to keep everything running smoothly. Peace of mind was well worth the price. They kept me informed of the entire process and answered questions that I had. Highly recommend!
