Dr. Adam and his entire staff are simply the best. My entire family has been seeing him for years. He helped with our youngest as an infant go from not sleeping at all to sleeping through the night! Our kids are much healthier now and get sick far less often since they've been seeing him. Dr. Adam is very detailed and thorough. His staff is friendly, greeting you with a smile when you walk through the door. Again, simply the best!
Dr. Adam and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming! They truly care about their patients and you can tell that they are passionate about what chiropractic care! My daughter is two months old and has had four appointments so far, and her neck muscles are getting stronger, she's sleeping better, and she's doing better riding in the car which she previously hated. So many reasons why Dr. Adam and everyone at Optimum Health gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they make you feel like family from the very first visit, and always make sure to accommodate crazy schedules. I began coming when I was 4 months pregnant. I couldn’t stand for more than 5 minutes without being in so much pain. I received adjustments that were safe enough for me and my baby. By the 3rd visit my pain already subsided, and by the 3rd week, I felt like a new person!! Fast forward to today and I am 4 months postpartum, Dr. Adam has helped me with “mom back pain”, pregnancy induced carpal tunnel, knee pain, trigger finger, headaches, and so much more! I have already recommended this practice to everyone who tells me they are in pain… if that’s you, don’t hesitate!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Adam and his staff. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted by friendly faces. Dr. Adam is thorough with his explanation and plan for treatment. He answers all my questions. I am so thankful for the care I have received and continue to receive from Dr. Adam at OHC.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my visit today. This was my 4th time I believe, and honestly I have had a wonderful experience so far. Today I arrived at my appointment at 4 I was told that for adjustments I could arrive right on time. I came in and forgot they have a check in tablet, it is great that they do but it’s gonna take time for me to remember that. As I’m sitting there I assume they didn’t see me because they were whispering and I guess the lady checking out knew them personally. I was then told I am supposed to wait in the hall area where they have chairs. (I was never told this and it isn’t obvious) the woman made me feel like I was the one that messed up or like I was an idiot. She didn’t do anything to make me feel welcomed. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE UNCOMFORTABLE IN A MEDICAL PLACE. To top it off while I was checking out I felt like the biggest burden because it took me a minute to figure out a good day/time. And they didn’t tell me what I owe for the day and I actually left. I drove back and apparently it wasn’t done Wednesday either so a 90$ today it was. I’m young and might be dramatic and I should’ve asked to pay also but I have never went to a health provider that doesn’t assist you in checking out and leaving. I feel mean girl vibes from SOME of the ladies and that is just not a good feeling going into a place where you are supposed to trust them. You shouldn’t read miserable all over anyone’s face. NONE OF THIS IS A REFLECTION ON Dr Zack he is wonderful and I feel so welcomed and comfortable with him and it breaks my heart that this will be my last time with him especially after this because now it would be awkward. Do better guys I shouldn’t leave a place with so much anxiety my neck is red from being upset.
