While Mabe’s Roofing was very professional, and may have provided A-1 workmanship, they will not contact me back to update me on registering my roof job to be covered under GAF roof lifetime warranty. The roof was installed mid-December and I have called several times about warranty and gotten zero response back. The roofing team was respectful, seemed to be knowledgeable, and cleaned up the property of excess materials when roof replacement was completed. I hope they did not misrepresent their GAF credentials as a certified GAF contractor, because the lifetime warranty was a major reason I went with Mabe’s roofing and GAF product line.
Mabe’s were quick with estimates They showed up ready to work and started the day they said they would. Work crew was very professional. Very clean job. All responses were very prompt. House looks great highly recommended five stars from me!
I’m not someone who writes a bunch of reviews unless an experience I have with a business is either really bad or really outstanding. The experience I had with Mabe’s Roofing was outstanding. I didn’t realize I needed a new roof until Jess stopped by with her drone for a no obligation inspection. Our roof was in bad shape but our house is built in such a way that you really can’t see what condition it’s in. Jess’ comprehensive inspection resulted in a visit by our insurance adjuster who agreed the roof needed to be replaced. The check was cut in a couple of days and the crew was there in about a week. The job took 3 days. The crew was very professional and Chad, the owner, was attentive and easy to get along with. They saw some minor repairs which were out of the scope of work but performed them anyway since to not do so would have resulted in a less than perfect job. I’m glad to have had Mabe’s roofing replace our roof. Now it’s one less thing to worry about and I can focus on all the other things that need to get done.
Mabes roofing performed an inspection on my roof after I noticed a small leak in my master bedroom ceiling. They performed a thorough inspection with pictures. Once my insurance approved the replacement, Mabes team removed and replaced our roof in 1 day! Great service and communication with Simon! Thanks again for the great job!!!
I live in DC, have a house in NC, Simon of Mabes Roofing took care of EVERYTHING with two phone calls conversations. I didn't have to travel down there. He made all arrangements with tenants, county and I did nothing. Best service ever. Prices, great, great, great.
