All of the office staff was very professional and polite! A very welcoming atmosphere! My dental hygienist Ashley was Amazing and made my cleaning painless! Tabatha was amazing and painless as well when taking my X-rays. Dr. Mack was very nice. Sam. Cherish, Crystal, and Olivia front desk staff was very nice and welcoming with a big smile! Keep up the great work!
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr.Diana was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Dr.Diana and her assistant Doris were gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The treatment I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in the care I had received. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be returning for future dental needs.
Everyone is always nice when I come in. The procedures are explained well and my wait time for service has always been less than 10 minutes from my arrival. Dr. Diana was very helpful and did a good job of removing my 2 extremely stubborn back teeth. I don’t remember her assistants name but she spoke English and Spanish well and was very kind about explaining the next procedures that I would have. I would recommend all the staff at Lane and Associate to everyone.
Vicki is the best! I don’t take care of my teeth as good as I should but Vicki sure took care of them for me. She took the time to get my teeth scaled and educated me on the importance of floss and how to do it. This place is the best and all of the employees are very kind and patient.
Shadaine is the most thorough, informative and professional hygienist I have ever had. He kept me informed on what he was doing, made suggestions for continued care and answered all my questions. (My second cleaning with him.) He deserves a 5 star rating ! The staff that I interacted with are very professional too.
