I have taken my cats to this facility and they have loved it! I am super particular about the care of my cats, and they go above and beyond every time! They are really the only people I trust to take care of my cats. They are always so nice, attentive, and caring. They send me pictures to update me whenever I want, and are always available when I call or text for any reason. I really appreciate how incredible they are! I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone, they are the absolute best around!!
I was extremely pleased that I chose HAPPY CATS RETREAT to take care of my buddy “ Lester”! The Staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was the first time I had left my rescue cat in the care of others, and my little friend was well fed, and exercised. I even got a picture of him while I was away on vacation! I have another trip coming up next week, and without a second thought, immediately booked my little friend there while I’ll be away. It’s never easy separating from our feline friends, but Happy Cats Retreat is number one in my book for those times when you need around the clock care for the pets you love! I have had my cat stay with the Happy Cats Retreat several times. Every time my kitty has had a stay with them, they have provided absolutely stellar service. My cat comes home so happy and healthy (sometimes it feels like she doesn't want to leave!). Also, Douglas is incredibly accommodating and easy to schedule with. I also really appreciate the daily updates they send me on how the baby is doing! I cannot recommend the Happy Cats Retreat enough and I would not bring the cat anywhere else.
I'm so glad we found Happy Cats!! I was so worried about boarding my cat but knowing the he was in a safe, clean and cats only environment made it so much easier. We received daily updates with photos and Doug was always available if I had questions. We will definitely be using Happy Cats again!
Douglas at Happy Cats Retreat was super helpful throughout the booking and boarding process. Exceptional building with a wonderful clean environment for our cat to stay whilst we went away for 5 nights. We will not hesitate to bring our cat here for future vacations and have strongly recommended for friends and family in the area to check them out. You should too!
