Sorry for the low rating ! Was very excited to read of a five star review of this business was extremely interested in doing business with them, according to their Google information for hours it said they open, so I called hoping to schedule a visit for a estimate!!! And was told it’s a little early at 7 AM and the information said open!!! I said I can call back was TOLD DON’T BOTHER AND WAS HUNG UP ON!!!!! !! YOUR SO RIGHT!! WITH A ATTITUDE LIKE THAT EVERYONE READING THIS SHOULD NOT BOTHER !!Calling You !!!!!!if you’re like that! Mind you my husband is a retired Licensed General Contractor and I assure you that he was never still in bed doing Contracting work he was always up before 7 AM!! Never did he Or Would He ever speak to anyone like that or treat anyone like that ( hang on them) when they are ATTEMPTING TO Do BUSINESS With Him, he took phone calls at five Am until whenever as late as midnight!!!! FIX YOUR GOOGLE INFORMATION IF You Don’t Want Phone Calls When it says you are OPEN!!!! Lose your Cocky Attitude towards people Remember! The people make or break your business!!!!!
Kevin did a masterful job tiling our kitchen, two bathrooms, and mud room. His attention to detail is outstanding! Kevin starts by doing the proper prepwork including leveling of the surfaces to be tiled. The correct types of backer boards are used.
Loved everything about working with Kevin, he was the GC over a large bathroom remodel and his work was top notch. He was very helpful, organized, his work was clean and Precise. Something out of the ordinary that he did was take a certain part of the flooring in the house that the customers had told him is lit up by a big window above the foyer only twice a year. Kevin made the same floor design in the bathroom floor just to add sentiment. That’s customer care, creativity and talent if I have ever seen it. Because of his professional work, his positive attitude, his well over above planning, and many other traits; I would seriously recommend Kevin to anyone wanting a remodel done by a tradesman who cares.
Kevin transformed our basic fireplace, into a gorgeous focal point with floor-to-ceiling brick-like tile in our two story main room. He has incredible attention to detail which resulted in a stellar end product. He kept a clean work area throughout the entirety of the project. Beyond his strong technical skill, Kevin was always attentive, friendly, and an overall pleasure to work with. The finished process and product were beyond our expectations, and I am already dreaming up my next project!
Hammer Out Remodels just finished redoing my master bathroom. The old shower, tub, countertops and floors were demo’ed and a new heated floor, tiled shower, stacked stone wall and tub was installed. It is amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Kevin is a true craftsman and takes great pride in his work. Every detail is perfect! I highly recommend!
