I’ve been seeing Dr. Gray for months now to help improve my mobility after chronic pain in my upper mid back along with long term issues with my neck. Dr. Gray realized I had scar tissue in my back that was affecting my mobility and causing major discomfort, something no other chiro has found before. I went from being in constant pain that affected my training (I am a competitive bodybuilder) to being able to train and pose normally. What I like most about Dr. Gray is that his treatments are very therapeutic, they offer so many different types of treatments (from laser and shockwave to hyperbaric oxygen) and he never twists my neck or does anything to make me fear for my spine health. I’ve been to numerous other chiropractors and have had typical adjustments that would leave my neck especially sore, but Dr. Gray never makes me feel like that. His adjustments are very gentle (but effective) and I always leave the office feeling better than I did when I arrived. I must also shout out the front desk staff, namely Sherry and Alaina, who are infinitely patient with me when I have to reschedule or cancel on a dime. I own a small business and my schedule is very demanding, but they are always kind to me and as flexible as possible, even when I make scheduling difficult!
I feel so much better after my adjustment. Walking is less painful, and I feel like my balance is better. I no longer dread mornings as my pain level is so much lower now. If surgery is possibly in your future, come to see Dr. Gray and his team first.

Dr. Gray and his staff are very friendly and so easy to talk with. Everyone there is genuinely kind and intelligent so it feels more like visiting friends than a doctor’s appointment. I came to see Dr. Gray for chronic shoulder pain with significant weakness and a clavicle dislocation. I am hypermobile so traditional treatments like surgery don’t work well for me. I have received both infrared and shockwave treatments along with gentle adjustments for my shoulder for two months and the pain, strength, and range of motion have significantly improved.
Absolutely love coming here. The staff is great and Dr.Gray is for sure a heaven send for me. Last July I completely tore my achilles and damaged my calf, I was a little delayed in our meeting but his treatments have given me a great and speedy recovery. I’m in treatment with him again for another Achilles injury which I’m sure will go well.
