Dr. Gray took the time to understand my challenges and created a customized treatment plan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.
As someone who tends to avoid doctors and chiros: Doc is great and the treatment worked wonders on my lifelong mild shoulder discomfort. I hadn't even realized how noticeable the pain was was until it improved. That being said, that not the reason for my 5 stars. What sets Dr. Gray's office apart to me is his staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, kind, and attentive. It feels like a small town doctors office where you actually build relationships with folks and they know who you are. Cannot recommend the office highly enough!
Dr. Gray and his staff truly care about their patients. They offer many services, some of which no one else offers in the area. They are never pushy about them, but extend their knowledge to best to serve you and your needs. I have been to many other chiropractors and none of them had the ability to fix my neck long-term . Dr. Gray Used his equipment and knowledge to Give me my range of Motion back. I would highly recommend their office.
Arrived on time (for my 1st visit) and only a brief wait. Nurse intake was thorough and professional. Dr. Gray had a wonderful "bedside" manner and made it easy to disuss my personal issues. Had my first experience with hyperbaric chamber and was attended to carefully, with patient safety a key component. Looking forward to my second visit at which time we will establish an ongoing protocol. My only complaint was the slight delay in setting up my second appointment. Clearly I am not alone in my good impression!
Everyone on Dr. Gray’s staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’ve had neck and back issues for many years. Dr. Gray has helped me recover my mobility. His gentle manipulations and laser therapy have helped me overcome excruciating pain. I can’t say enough good things about this practice!
