Golden Boy Tree service did a massive 125’ oak tree in my back yard. It was a tough job and they had a major issue right at the very end of the job which resulted in a portion of the patio getting damaged. This is when Jovan and Dennis stepped up and made it right. They have earned a solid 4 Star rating. Where it could have been a 5 Star is in better communication and a faster response time to the remedy. I will say this, they never STOPPED responding and the job came out very well. Please see the final pictures. Great finish to a tough project

Golden Boy Tree Service is an absolute disaster from start to finish. I can’t believe this place is still in business with the way they operate. First off, their communication is beyond pathetic—they either don’t pick up the phone or, when they do, you’re greeted with the most unprofessional attitude imaginable. I’m not even sure how these people have jobs. When they finally did show up, late of course, they were completely clueless about the job. It was like watching a circus act—tools everywhere, guys standing around scratching their heads, and one dude who looked like he had never touched a tree in his life. These are supposed to be professionals? I could’ve hired a group of random people off the street to do a better job. Let’s talk about the mess they left behind. You’d think after tearing up my yard, they’d at least clean up a little, right? Nope. They left debris scattered all over, deep ruts in the ground, and somehow managed to hit my fence, causing damage they, of course, took zero responsibility for. Not even an apology, just a “not our problem” attitude. I swear, if you hire these jokers, you’re better off lighting your money on fire—it would be less stressful and less damaging to your property. Save yourself the headache and avoid Golden Boy Tree Service like the plague. Incompetence, laziness, and sheer disrespect for customers should be their company motto. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Jovan and his team came out to our house and did an amazing job in removing 5 large trees from our yard. I highly recommend them for anyone looking into tree removal, stump grinding and anything else they offer. We had several dead trees that were a cause for concern and their team quickly addressed this issue for us. They worked non-stop until the job was done, and they were able to complete the removal of all 5 trees in less than a day and a half. They also were great in cleaning up afterwards and taking away all of the lumber. Golden Boys is extremely efficient, professional and they are responsive to all communication. Everyone we met on their team was great to talk to and on the ball. Dennis was also a great contact with their service, as he provided the initial evaluation and estimate. 5 stars and I will use their service again.

Golden Boys Tree service ( Dennis and Jovan) Gave a reasonable an timely quote. All work was performed professionally and skillfully. Great company. Will recommend and use again.

They cut down a tree for me on a Friday and said they would return by the following Wednesday to take it away but did not. I messaged and received a call saying they had truck trouble (which is apparently the on-going excuse after reading other reviews). I was told them would return by the following Monday and nothing. Reach out again and Dennis said he knew nothing about it even though he did. The communication is bad with these guys and they didn’t finish the job. Bad business.
