Jarrod and Tiffany have been very helpful with the step by step process. They make themselves accessible at any time with a complete understanding that some of us have different work schedules Their knowledge and ability to explain in detail how this process works, from selecting types of shingles to scheduling the work and completing it on time before additional damages accure.
Full Spectrum is the top choice of anyone’s roofing needs. From start until finish was a great experience. The guys came out and took off 2 layers of roofing and respected our property and left zero mess behind! Then they went to work pitting down the vapor barrier and shingles. The shingles were on by 4pm. Jarrod was great to work with lining up payment selection and type of shingle to be installed. We are very happy with the quality and the professionalism of workmanship.
We had a wonderful experience. Communication was top notch and all our questions were answered immediately, even with correspondence on a Friday night and a Sunday afternoon. Crew worked hard into the night and even repaired a leak we had when plumbing was knocked loose during the install. So far, no more issues.
An Awesome job. Jarrod got thur the red tape of the Insurance Co. An hooked me up with a Public Adjuster, an Lawyer who got on my Insurance Co to get me the roof repaired due to storm damage. The insurance co ( State Farm ) was really dragging there feet an Not wanting to replacement roof. But them Boys at public adjuster , an Lawyer got it put thur for me. THANKS SO MUCH. GREAT QUALITY of work an great clean up. I Very Highly recommend them. As me speaking from experience as I did roofing in my younger years.👍👍👍
Wow, just wow. Never in my life has someone been so responsive, and on time as this company. They started before 8 this morning, and was done around 5! They even put new shingles on our cover for our gas fireplace. No question in my mind, could not be answered! Every question I had, was responded to within 5-10 minutes. I showed what my insurance company said to show, and I honestly thought it would be July before we got our roof fixed! I hope if anyone questioning themselves about a roofing company reads this, just contacts them. Nothing should be this simple, but it was. 10/10. If you have any questions, send them a message on Facebook, and you’ll see what I am talking about. Downside is I won’t need them anymore for 50 years… This company should be the standard.
