Famous Roofing replaced us after a wind storm. Famous walked us through every step of the process with the insurance company and what to except. He was available when the adjuster came out and helped us understand everything that was going on. Scheduling was easy and timely. The workers were professional and did a great job installing. Mr Famous answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns in a positive and professional manner. He was always available and punctual. Mr. Famous was also very patient when we took our “time” to make a decision as to the color of the shingles we wanted. 🙂 When it came to replace the roof, it was done carefully, efficiently and in one day.
