This is the second roof that Dana Dean Roofing Company has installed on my home. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely kind and honest, go above and beyond to help answer any questions and very quick to respond. They offer to bring as many samples of shingles you’d like, will place them on your roof so you can decide which color you may like to choose as well. Their crews are kind, respectful, and leave your property very clean. I highly recommend Dana and his son Dana Jr, for all of your roofing needs, such a pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed!

As a first time home buyer of a home that desperately needed a roof repair and chimney removal, I was relieved to be referred to Dana Dean Roofing. I got three quotes for job and although Dana Dean was on the higher priced side, they were by far the most professional and knowledgeable...and the ONLY ones who offered a 10 year workmanship warranty! I had a lots of questions about the process, materials used, warranty of materials and work done, insurance, licenses, etc,. Dana Dean Jr. respectfully and professionally answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I made multiple follow up calls asking about potential wood damage (as this is a 73 year old home) and they explained what parts of the roof would be thoroughly inspected and replaced if needed. The day of the roof repair they men were all very respectful and professional. Working with big smiles on their faces despite it being 95 degrees outside. I was shocked at how "messy" roof repairing is by nature. I was even more shocked at how well they cleaned up my home, yard, and patio after. They were more thorough than all my questions! ha! I am so grateful to have found such a good honest company! Did I mention they were also willing to haul away old countertops I removed! Bonus! And so kind!
