Daggett Shuler represented my wife and daughter’s auto accident case so well. They were so friendly and kind. Even sending cards for birthdays and one when we miscarried our baby. I went with Daggett Shuler to obtain disability, after seeing the commercials on TV. Attorney Koontz and Amanda helped me throughput the process, answering all my questions during the process. They had me well prepared for the judge hearing. I got a favorable decision and very pleased with the care they gave me.

I give you a quick summary of my history that got me here. My bdck issues began in 2008 which I fought for 2 years to get my disability. After getting a favourable decision I stayed on disability for 2 years. In 2012 I decided to try and go back to work through the 9 month trial work program through ss administration and seemed to do ok.. also I mention I was told if anything changes let them know and my benifts would be reinstated immediately. Well that was false! Fast forward to 2020 my back finally had enough and gave out. This was during COVID-19 when everything was shut down so I couldn't sign back up until everything reopened. Soon as they did I applied and got denied so instead of going alone through my case I started looking for a lawyer.. .now keep in mind Im in Va so I reached out to a firm locally and was transferred to daggert and shuller in NC.. which by the was is my family of 6 favorite place to visit...so that told me it was meant to be. Daggert and shuller didn't treat me like a client I was treated like a family member.. and yes technically I'm there client.. they got right on my case immediately and over this past year my health declined and they showed true care and heartfelt words and to me that meant a lot. I know it's many many law firms out there but I would recommend daggert and shuller over any of them. If you want your case taken care of and don't know how to go about it as well be treated like a family member then choose daggert and shuller because I can guarantee you won't find better law firm

I received EXCELLENT service from Daggett & Shuler re my disability claim!! They were knowledgeable, patient & kept me well informed during the process. My case, due to my illness, included approx 9 doctors & many hospital visits @ various hospitals. They had a great deal of info to collect & present.
