Every person I worked with was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. They were able to tell me exactly what would happen with their team and with Insurance and they set me up to win. When my new dog wouldn’t come in and was running away in the yard, they actually spent their time helping me corral her. This was a seamless job beginning to end. And they were able to finish the job in half the time I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I need branches trimmed for insurance purposes and thought I had to get the whole left side of the tree cut. Prior to Clark’s coming out for an estimate I had 2 other ppl come out. However when Clark’s came out they advised insurance only require the branch’s to be a certain amount from the roof and that if they cut they whole side it would kill the tree. The others never advised this. So I reached out to my insurance company and they sent me exactly what I needed to address (in my opinion they should have advised this when they sent the cancellation letter). Clark’s came with a full team of guys about 10 and plenty of equipment ready to get the job done. They were fast and efficient. Thanks to their wonderful team I was able to get to work on time when I anticipated being late. Once again thank you to Clark’s, job well done and I would recommend your services to family and friends.
Clark’s Tree Express did an outstanding job from start to finish! Ten men arrived at the worksite equipped with various machinery and got straight to work. Their efficiency was truly impressive. They worked quickly and seamlessly as a team, completing the job in no time. What stood out most was their attention to detail. Before leaving, they made sure the job site was completely clean and organized, which I greatly appreciated. The job was done on the date they committed to and it was cut / trimmed as requested. The work was done on one of our HOAs main streets and nature trail so clean up was important. We also had a few Crepe Myrtle’s trimmed back. They did a great job and will be contacted for any future work we need.
I have to say that Chris and the crew are way above others in doing great work and great people. A big thank you to Chris, Rob and the crew as they all worked together and knew their jobs inside and out. It was perfect in everyway. If you need tree work done call Clarks you won't be disappointed.
