Amazing work is hard to come by these days, Carolina Concrete & Brick sets the bar! Mr Charles is the most professional contractor I’ve dealt with. He built us the most gorgeous circular brick entryway steps. Everything from our first phone contact, coming out to understand my design/quote to getting the job done was was the utmost professional and expedient. I highly recommend him and we will use him and only him for any future jobs we may have.
Mr. Charles installed a porch on my house for me the old one was worn and I seriously needed something better for my child. I came by his company when I saw a small truck driving around town, I called the number and he answered immediately. He was even able to make it to my home that day for an estimate. I expected the job to be a bit pricey but when Mr.Charles gave me the estimate I immediately hired him on the spot. It was affordable and he made sure I understood the work he was going to do on my home. I am pleased with how my new porch came out. I received this work approximately 6 months ago and still to this day Mr. Charles will swing by my home to make sure everything with the work he'd done is up to par. This shows he really care about his skill. I recommend his services to everyone I come across. He and his crew are professional and they get the job done efficiently.
I had my driveway replaced in September and within a few months I found a significant crack. I contacted the company and they said there was to warranty, implied or not. They then said they would repair it within a month. It has been nearly 7 months and still no response. Don't expect a warranty on the work done. Seems they simply install and walk away. There is no reason for a concrete driveway to crack within a few months in a area which is not even driven on except maybe in the stress cuts in the concrete. Make sure you understand what you will get after the installation and the length of time they will back up their work.
Arrived 20 minutes early did top quality work in a fashionable time stayed true to their word and quoted price. Never.been more pleased with the manner they conducted the work it was fast and clean compared to other companies I have hired in the past.
