I love this office dearly. Went for my 2nd cleaning today, haven’t seen the staff in nearly 8 months and I was greeted like we were best friends who see each other everyday. Britney is such a sweet and funny hygienist, and Dr. Hannah is just the sweetest soul. They both remembered and asked me about small details in my life we had discussed the last visit, I was so surprised they remembered. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. My teeth feel amazing, they are gentle and thorough. I would tell everyone I know to come here!
I have been a patient at this office since before it became Inspira. I’ve never had any experience there that fell even to the level of “pretty good”… and that culture of warmth, kindness and incredible service has continued, and even flowered under the change to Inspira Dental… a unicorn-level rarity in business changeovers. I had such a pleasant dental experience at Inspira Dental Care. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I receive true professionalism and stellar customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and checked in expeditiously. I enjoyed the small talk with the hygienist, Kim, and appreciated how she explained everything that was going to happen and even during the cleaning, she let me know what was going on. The cleaning was great and very thorough. The dentist was so gentle and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like I was being handled with proper care. I’m very happy I found this dental office.
I have received great dental care at this office for 35 years, and had concerns when it was purchased by Inspira, a large dental group. I am happy to report that I have continued to receive compassionate, competent and wonderful personalized care from the new providers. I am glad I stuck with them because I definitely found myself very appreciative of the top notch attention I received from Dr. Hannah a couple of weeks ago when I had two broken teeth. The dentist, dental assistant and the receptionist were especially good at explaining the procedures, the cost and coordinating the return visits I needed. I received the temporary and permanent crowns with little pain and lots of personalized attention. I especially appreciated the assistant working so carefully to make the needed adjustments to try and get my bite just right. All on their team truly worked together to help alleviate my dental problem.
Kim did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She really works hard to get them all clean even with my permanent retainer. Dr. Hannah is the best. She is so kind and friendly and really knows what she’s doing. I trust her totally.
