After three visits — an initial exam, a cleaning, and treatment for minor issues — I can confidently say this practice is the best I’ve visited in my adult life. I’ve been impressed from the beginning, as Dr. Nelson checked with me multiple times during the initial exam to ensure my comfort. The team member who did my cleaning was equally considerate, checking with me throughout, adjusting or pausing if I expressed discomfort. For the treatment of two small issues, I was walked through what to expect and given plenty of numbing agent to eliminate pain. Once again, Dr. Nelson frequently checked in and responded to any signs of discomfort — at one point even applying additional numbing agent to prevent pain. The entire team truly heard my concerns and anxieties and worked to create a calm and comfortable experience each visit. This is the best dental practice you’ll find. THANK YOU Dr. Nelson and team.
Dr. Nelson and his staff are the finest in the industry. They are very caring and empathetic to your level of comfort and will not let you suffer! 20/10 on service and timeliness as well as communication and payment options. Do yourself a favor and switch to his practice if you need a new dentist.
Great experience so far. Front office staff were super kind and efficient, dental assistants were all very helpful and knowledgeable — establishing care with Dr. Nelson gave me peace of mind after getting my braces off that my teeth are healthy and that I will receive the care I need when I need it. Can’t wait to get back in for the cleaning!
