LATE-DESTRUCTIVE-IRRESPONSIBLE. Please find anyone else to do your work. Not even sure where to start and as I decided to take legal action against them I cant post everything I wanted to but here's just a small amount of the two months I had to deal with Arthur and his scam company. 1) I'm pretty sure they are NOT fully insured. There heavy equipment driver crashed into our neighbors car and while she was just trying to go through insurance he refused and pushed cash only. Big red flag. 2) In the contract they wrote up on the second line there was an estimated start and completion date. It did rain 4 of those days so I saw no issue in being a week or a little more than that late. That week turned into over a month with ZERO reason or information and I was ghosted even after paying the 5K the month prior. 14 phone calls and 9 texts It took until I left a one star comment on here that Arthur called me back magically and begged me to take it down and they would be right over to start the work. 3) When the project was finally finished I asked if some compensation would be in order as they were, at that point, about 30 days late. I only asked for 1k off a 10k job because my wife and I missed time at work due to them ghosting us and us waiting and an appointment we had to cancel again because they didn't follow up that charged us a cancellation fee. He than threatens me right away that if I don't pay in full he will sue us. He also out of the blue brings up that because I didn't live close to his business he charged me more for the inconvenience which was something I never knew about. (45 mins away) 4) Lastly the job isn't even finished. A small gap needed to be put in so water doesn't pool and now I'm stuck with a 3 inch deep pond after every rain fall and the cap thats in the middle of the patio Arthurs son said he was getting a new one for he never delivered. I picked them in the beginning because of there rating on here. I promise you it is falsely inflated. This was also a guy that in 2022 was sued. (easy google search) Please watch yourself and don't use this company! EDIT-The project is NOT completed as I stated in my comment in contrast to what Arthur wrote in his response on here.

Carmen was excellent setting up everything for my roof installation and giving me the guidance I needed. The crew did a great job with the roof. I was actually off-site for the entire process and it was easy to communicate. They sent pictures and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Everything was sent via electronic files which makes my record keeping so much easier. I chose the Owens Corning duration shingles and I’m super excited to have this product protecting my house; it looks great and is a quality product. I recommend Apal roofing.
