I made the mistake of going to the Winston-Salem location once since it's closer. The lady done everything she could to get me take the MOST EXPENSIVE package. I returned to pick up the partial and was not happy but this same lady tells me it looked great. I was handed the mirror to see myself, the tooth was shorter than my other teeth as well as the color did not match. I said no, this was not acceptable. New impressions were made and a second partial made. This second one was better than the first, so I took this second one but it still was not just right. After an unfortunate event, I needed a new one again and did not want to waste my time or $$ going to Winston, I wanted it right. I'm so glad I returned to the Colfax location. Don't make the same mistake I did, go to Colfax if you want things done right the first time. Several members of my family and I have always received the BEST service at Colfax. Always treated with respect, not a number or dollar. They help you decide what is best for you, your teeth and you pocketbook.
I was so pleased with my visit. The staff was so kind and helpful. They were so nice that my son decided to get done what he needed. So glad I went to them. They took the time to discuss what I should expect. I met a dog that was so sweet and gentle. I am looking forward to being comfortable smiling again. Thank you Affordable Dentures in Winston Salem.
The entire staff was friendly and sensitive to my feelings, Dr Christopher Loan took the time to explain details of my situation and the next steps. I felt cared for and appreciate their care. I look forward to seeing them again.
Once you are involved in your appointment you are pretty much taken care of. There is a major difference between timing I was given. I can understand some wait time but I was given an appointment time of 1:30 and was not tended to for just over an hour. I spent two and a half hours in this office today, approximately 45 minutes of this was actually tended service.
Horrible office, office is a literal joke. Doctor is arrogant heard him talking down to many patients, many patients were expressing their dislike about him to the assistants, who are great all nice and sweet. The office managers comes around the Corner with her glasses hanging off her face(missing an arm) , how UNPROFESSIONAL is that! I was recommended when the new practice owners took over but whoever this new guy is I do not recommend.
