My dad's metal roof has been leaking and filed an insurance claim, Above all came out and gave an estimate and said they would tarp the roof as the insurance requested to prevent further damage until they came back the following Monday to fix the roof and the ceiling inside that was damaged. They have never came back, didn't put on a tarp and have not returned any phone calls, now more than 3 weeks and the damage is getting worse because of all the storms. We are moving on to MBA roofing for help. Above all could at least contact him if he is not going to do the work.

Above All Construction was very professional but also down to Earth. They explained the job completely and kept us in the loop the whole time the repairs were in progress. They did a great job on our house!!

The owner of this business was contracted to replace fascia and cover with it with sheet metal trim. He was also to replace the soffit at the same time.
While performing the work he stated that he needed to take down a front porch awning but that he would place it back while completing the job.
Once the work had been completed Mr. Aaron De Vincenzo was paid for the job in full.
The awning that Mr. Aaron De Vincenzo had taken down and put back up leaked rain onto the front porch and he was contacted in an attempt to have the issue remedied. After seeing no progress for several weeks I contacted him again regarding the leak. He stated that he would handle the situation and that he had been to the house twice and thought he had figured the problem out. He also apologized for the lack of communication and stated that he had things going on.
After waiting almost a month with no attention to the problem I contacted Mr. De Vincenzo again by text and reminded him of the issue. Mr. De Vincenzo simply replied "OK".
It has now been over a month and Mr. De Vincenzo refuses to address the issue or return any contact.
4/3/2017 As a follow-up to a prior rating I posted It is the entire conversation that came after he found that he had received a complaint from the BBB and had observed my ratings on several sites.
Mr. De Vincenzo knows where I live and had he wanted to remedy the problem he could have stopped by and I would have shown it to him and explained what was occurring. Note his comments in regarding to when he sees me around.
The person he refers to as Kathy is the prior owner whom I was purchasing the property from. She had contacted him in an attempt to have the issue resolved.
I have found other complaints on the internet regarding similar issues with this company. An alternate name for this company is A Few Good Men.

I sent a man to that house...and I personally checked my work 3 times...last on a month ago. And talked to Kathy...There is nothing wrong with the work I performed...I'll tell you what I think about your little moves with the reviews and BBB when I see you around. Just cuz you have an issue doesn't mean it's a result of my work. Either prove me wrong or retract your nonsense. I don't think you have any proof that my work failed.

Aaron I asked you nicely to handle the problem and you failed to do so. I told you I would take other measures if the issues weren't addressed and you still failed to handle it. There was not an issue with the awning until you took it down and put it back up. The leak still exists and you choose to argue and ignore instead of finding a solution.
The reviews will remain unless you fix the problem.
Please take a few seconds and read the tag you display on the front of your truck. It doesn't appear that you are the person that lives that type of life.
If you decide to handle the situation as it should be handled I will change the reviews to reflect that you are a man of your word and that there was a miscommunication but that things were resolved in a positive way.

Totally satisfied with the roofing job on our house took a little longer then expected, however great work on our house.
P.S. thanks for going out of your way to help us with the tree that fell on the new roof.

I was very pleased with the work and communication. We had a nice storm roll in and damaged some of the shingles. Above All Construction does fast and quality work. Thank you again!
