I want to first say that Trevor arrived to my home in a prompt and professional manner. He completed a free estimate and noted what needed to be done to resolve my plumbing issue. Once the problem was denoted, he called the main office to assist with financing and to work in tandem with my insurance company. In addition, the job required a second technician, Fletcher, to partner and complete the job. Both Trevor and Fletcher were phenomenal! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and placed everything in my yard that was dug up back the way it was prior to deconstructing the space to clean, pull up, and replace the piping. Trevor and Fletcher are the BEST! Thank you Ease Plumbing!
Very professional and thorough. Matt and Dan both could not have been any more helpful than they were. I would give a 10 if available. They explained my problems and what would be needed to fix them. I was given options . They finished in a timely manner and went above and beyond . Very satisfied with both these gentlemen. Also impressed they were so proud of the organization they work for as this was very refreshing. This is my 3rd encounter and I will continue to use this company when needed.
