It does take us home had a dental emergency. And this was the only place that they said was open on Sundays and it opened up 11 AM. And I've been up here since 1045. Nobody was answering the phone. The doors were closed locked lights were out. Finally got ahold of somebody and they tell me it's only every other Sunday and it's not on their website. And this is literally an emergency. And the lady was completely entirely rude and all I did was mention that maybe they needed to update their website. And if one of them couldn't do it, they needed to get an a professional to do it because it really inconvenience. People that are in severe pain and this Place was supposed to offer relief and guidance and will do their job. And as far as I'm concerned, they have done far less than that. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Lady was completely rude. It's the Winston-Salem office, by the way. But I don't know if the lady I talked to was in charge of all 3 offices.But I would definitely not come here.Better off going to the e.R if you're on the weekend
The dentist wasnt very friendly at all. He caused pain during my fillings several times and didnt seem to care or acknowledge that he was causing pain.. I asked for a few extractions he instead filled one thats been problematic for years. WORSE DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER. Wouldnt reccommend my dog going to this place
If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! WORST DENTIST EVER!!! Non professional, unfriendly, and doesn't explain or even care about your concerns. He said all he does is fix cavities and clean teeth. Do not bother giving him ANY MONEY. NOT WORTH IT!!!
Had my cavities and cleaning done on the same day! Didn’t have to miss and extra day of work! Dr.Vo is the best!
So far I've had to get 2 teeth pulled after the dentist drilled too deep and killed the nerve by placing the filling directly on it. I'm starting to feel another tooth have that feeling again. Save yourself alot of headaches (literally) and find a different dentist!
