I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this place. I’m not an avid tea drinker, but the variety offered here was perfect and having to opportunity to try several flavors really allowed you to explore the tea. I visited with a group to celebrate a friend birthday and we had the prefix March menu. I can’t even describe how great the scone was - utter perfection. Really a great place to experience a variety of tea and some good company in a beautiful atmosphere.
We had a lovely experience at a 2:30 tea yesterday. Thank you so much to the team here. Novembers tea menu is delicious and we paired the tiers with peppermint, apple chai and ended with the almond sugar cookie tea. The tea pots and plates were so pretty. We can’t wait to come back.
My wife and I went here for the English Tea Service and we were blown away! Every tea sandwich and sweet were so fresh and yummy and the china was beautiful. The biggest standout was the sweet potato swiss scones. And Milla has all of the recipes on her YouTube channel! Her passion for the food is evident. We can not wait to go back for next month's tea service.
We had a positive experience here! The selection of teas is awesome and they are delicious. I enjoyed the spring blossom green tea. Note for other guests: reservations for English tea require a 30% deposit and any changes made less than 48 hours ahead of time mean that deposit will not be paid back for that reservation. This policy makes sense since the owner will make everything from scratch beforehand. A few places on the website such as Lunch and Order To Go mention that reservations should be made 48-hours in advance, but they don’t talk about a deposit and when it might not be refundable. Note to the owner: please highlight this information more on the website. Your policy makes sense, we were just surprised since we didn’t see it before making a reservation. Thank you so much for what you do!
On a Sunday afternoon, I expected the place to be bustling, but after experiencing it firsthand, it made sense why we were the only party there—aside from a group of two who were leaving as we arrived. To start, the tea selection is excellent. I was ecstatic there was a dedicated gluten-free menu, and it did not disappoint—the options were delicious! However, a few misleading aspects and the owner’s approach left us disappointed. First, the photos don’t accurately represent the location—it’s in a strip mall, and during our visit, there was loud construction next door. Some ambient music would have helped, but instead, we had to sit through mostly advertisements. Reservations for the English tea ceremony require a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable if changes are made within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this policy isn’t clearly communicated on the website or in the confirmation email. One of my friends opted for tea service only, and we were assured at the start that their deposit would still be applied. However, this turned out not to be the case. The waitstaff was wonderful, but the owner’s approach to customer service felt disingenuous. We were excited to return within the first hour, but by the end, we had changed our minds.
