I contacted Sweet Coast Cakes to see about getting a gluten-free grooms cake for my son’s wedding. I was pretty specific about what I wanted and Sweet Coast Cakes did not disappoint! My son‘s favorite cake is German black forest cake (Chocolate cake with cherry and whipped cream filling) and we wanted a cake decorated with a Chinese dragon. The result was absolutely amazing. Sweet coast cakes could not have done a better job or have been easier and more pleasant to work with.
Candace did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake! We knew what we wanted and she nailed it! Very easy to communicate with especially with us living in another state. We HIGHLY recommend using Sweet Coast Cakes!
I’ve known the owner of Sweet Coast for over a decade, and even though I decorate cakes myself, I knew there was no one else I’d rather go with for my wedding cake than her. We had a micro wedding and didn’t need a big cake, but I still wanting something beautiful to match our florals. I sent her a photo of what I was looking for, and she made me the most perfect, delicious cake I could’ve wanted, packaged super carefully with floral pins, instructions and more. Everyone raved about it, and we had plenty to carry home with us and enjoy for the days to follow. I can’t recommend her enough.
We highly recommend Candice! When planning our wedding, we had a cake tasting with Candice and immediately fell in love with her (of course) but also, her carrot cake with cream cheese icing! She was so easy to work with from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through every detail. She made helpful suggestions and everything turned out perfectly! My family is BIG on food, especially cake and they LOVED the cake. We can’t wait to cut into our anniversary layer! It was so delicious, it may not make it the full year! We had an outstanding wedding cake experience with Candice of Sweet Coast Cakes. We had a seamless experience from cake tasting to delivery of the cake at our venue. We tasted several types of cake and icing - all were amazing. We ended up settling on a simple vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream… Her vanilla cake is divine & the most moist I’ve ever tasted. And each cake is 4 layers, see you get the perfect amount of cake and frosting. I highly recommend working with Candice!!
