There's a variety of options of pizza that you can get from this place and I could say from just the one pizza I got, it was delicious. Being a Neapolitan style pizza, just getting it taste extremely fresh and it doesn't feel like it has tons of oils just added to it. The other key part of this is the location in Winston-Salem where it's next to incendiary brewery and there's a nice outdoor seating area to really enjoy the beautiful days outside. If you're in downtown Winston and you're looking for your top pizza of spot, this is it right here. P.S. their tiramisu is delicious
We had the Livorno pizza that was good. Not the best I've eaten but not the worst either. We also ordered Verona salads. They were awful. It looked like lettuce from the bag had been dumped into the salad container without being cleaned up. Some spoiled bits of lettuce mixed in. Lots of toppings. Again a large amount just dumped into the lettuce. The atmosphere and music were very enjoyable.
Very spacious. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. Good for all occasions. Food was great... especially the strawberry muffin which was amazing!! However, major drawback is policy that they will not customize your pizza. It must come exactly as described on the menu. We were astonished by the lack of flexibility here. I guess they figure their food is good enough that they can tell people to go elsewhere if they don't like it, which I respect. On the other hand, if you or your loved one has special dietary needs or preferences, you're better off going somewhere else
I have been to so many pizzerias in the US but nothing beats their pizza. The casual and comfortable set up and their oh so amazing pizzas. They do not allow customizations but every pizza of theirs is perfect as it comes. You won't be disappointed by their gelatos either.
The most authentic Italian pizza I've had in the states. Absolutely amazing. Love sitting on the patio on a nice day.
