They did a great job bringing our home back to life. We have 30 year old Masonite siding on our home and needed to do something about it. ADRH does full replacements and repairs which was lovely since most siding companies only do full replacements but we wanted other options. I initially met the owner, Ben, who was a straight shooter and gave legitimate recommendations. After talking to 5 other companies previously, I knew he knew what he was talking about. In the end, we decided to repair the rotten boards, paint the entire house, replace the rotted wooden windows and cap the rest of the windows to waterproof them. They also handled any sheathing that needed to be replaced. Communication was always clear - someone called weekly on Fridays with updates on when the windows and supplies would be available. They were very patient with us when the supplies arrived but we couldn’t decide on a house color for several more weeks. The crew that worked on our home was thorough and we were very pleased with their work. I also enjoyed working with Ryan, the project manager - he kept us updated on the progress and if we had any questions or concerns along the way he addressed or clarified them quickly. Ryan even came by the day after the crew finished to pick up any smaller items around the house that the crew might have forgotten to pick up - I really appreciated that. I’ve followed up with them once about a board that was missed on the roof and Ryan had no issues scheduling to replace and paint that final board. Overall, I recommend them and I would use them again without a doubt. My neighbors have also complimented their work. Side note: capping the windows did seal shut the original wood windows we had but not the new ones we replaced with ADHR so keep that in mind.
EJ was amazing to talk to off the bat I just genuinely liked the guy so I almost went with my gut because of his stand up character, Mia was great over the phone and bringing me peace that our home would be taken care of making me feel like I was actually important! Ronnie (who I didn’t even meet because they did the job so FAST!!) did a phenomenal job on our roof! When you sign up with ADHR you’re getting a team so keep that in mind you might have to talk to a few people. Not a big deal. So here’s what happened, we had a really slow leak in the roof that affected our bathroom ceiling creating even bigger problems with mold and drywall damage. So EJ came out at night, assessed, made a very fair estimate (the best one we got for the caliber of work). Next day I got some confirmations about someone coming to assess who would be working the site and two days later and during tropical storm weather, we came home to our roof completely repaired. 4 days total turn around. How!!!? Not just shingles either or a boot, they replaced ALL of the damaged rotted wood in a pretty large area 4x6 Ft overall. Even the shingles matched. Lifetime guaranteed too. I was skeptical. I don’t write reviews often but when they are deserved I do. I will be using them again and hope to have them come to our bar Starlight on 22nd for drinks! I know who I’ll be calling in the future for projects or remodels outside of the typical fixes and repairs: Thank you everyone for making our little home a priority. They came out today Friday September 27th (the day after a big storm) within a 3 hour period while we were at my parents seeking refuge from power outage and viola we came home today and the roof was done! Outstanding!!! If I could leave 6 stars I would. I will say, it doesn’t hurt to negotiate and explain your financial position because they are understanding and will try to work with you unlike other services. I was lucky me and EJ found the root of the problems together and had a talk about our options. Even happier that I could sign a contract and have this done within 4 days. If the weather wasn’t so bad probably would have been sooner. Thanks ADHR and all your hard workers!
I had ADHR add siding to my house. I was happy with the services that began far before the actual siding work. ADHR was in contact with me to determine what kind of siding and the look I wanted. And once the specifics were determined, I was constantly updated every Friday on when the materials would come in or whether there were a delay due to the vendor. I appreciated being kept informed so that I don't have to guess when the work would start. Once ADHR reviewed the materials, they scheduled with me on a time for the work to start. I was kept in constant contact with the coordinator, Ronnie, who was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns that I had. Once the work started, I was happy with Oscar who was the main workman along with the others of his crew. Their work was good and if I had any concerns, they readily responded quickly. Ultimately, the work was done to my satisfaction and I was happy that they cleaned up the work area and removed the excess materials. I would definitely use ADHR for other projects.
Ronnie and his team from ADHR did a great job with my deck! All their work was tasteful and Ronnie was very responsive when I had questions or concerns. They worked on the scheduled days and were hard workers and showed attention to detail. I had one issue with a splinter in the railing and they will replace that piece without any issue. I highly recommend them for your decking needs.
Ronnie and his crew repaired our bay window and exceeded our expectations. They came in and removed the rotted wood that we had identified but also found and replace other wood that needed the repair. The speed and craftsmanship was outstanding and they even went to the store and found paint that matched our house and repainted the entire Bay Window. But even more incredible was that they did this is one day when we were expecting 2-3 days. I would highly recommend them for an external repair like this.
