I had inquired through their chat service about speaking to an attorney regarding a consumer issue. The chat agent was polite and prompt and told me should would pass my information to the attorneys and they would reach out shortly. I was contacted by Denise and she informed me that while they don't deal with small claims matters, she would be pleased to provide a referral and offer guidance on how to continue going forward. Although they couldn't handle my case, I would absolutely use them in the future if the need arose!

I had the privilege of working with April, Sheila,Gina and Mr. Kelly. I was provided with the easiest closing ever from the beginning to the end. They provided detailed attention to my closing documents and were so informative. Any questions or concerns were addressed with very prompt attention. They were able to accommodate my busy work schedule with ease and with fee for service at a reasonable rate. And they even offer online appointment scheduling with an online chat service as a benefit if needed. I definitely plan on using them again.
