Came in for a Fill-In procedure and it was improperly done ! I am experiencing more pain then I was before and I was told by Dr.Zach to go visit the emergency room. They are so unprofessional and the office staff is rude ! I strongly do not recommend. P.S this is how the cashier handed me back my money ! Very rude
I had not been to the dentist in 8 years since leaving the Military. This was mostly from fear and anxiety of past dental experiences. My wife and daughter went here first and assured me this place was top notch! I made an appointment and against all my fears went for it. The lady who cleaned my teeth (Jennifer I think her name was) was so kind and inviting. She made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. So when it came time to schedule my cavities I had no apprehension about coming back and getting them done. The Dentist (again sorry bad with names) was great as was his assistant. They made the whole process easy for me. If you have anxiety about the dentist this place is different and I highly recommend you give them a try!
My experience has always been nothing less than Phenomenal each and every visit. I’m always called back exactly at my scheduled appointment time there’s never a long wait. Dr. Stowe, his assistant and his receptionist are always very welcoming and caring. They take GREAT GREAT care of me. I love that the receptionist will do her very best to schedule you as soon as possible.
Staff over the phone was really good. My dentist Doctor Travis Hedrick was also very good. He was very nice. However, the dental hygienist I had, I wish I could remember her name—she is extremely inconsiderate. I have an awful gag reflex. She has known this since my very first visit, but she did not care. Whenever I’m visibly expressing how I don’t want the film in my mouth, she then proceeds to either keep it in there or push it further. Since she did that, I tried to gently grab her hand to remove it because I’m gagging (as anyone would when dealing with something uncomfortable). She gets mad at me, and tells me to not touch her hand. If you’re not going to listen to my request, what else am I then supposed to do? It is super unprofessional. How would anyone like to be forced to do something they have deeply expressed many times, and not have any amount of control over? It’s gross. I’m really debating on going back here exclusively because of her. I have not had that bad of an experience in probably 20 years of going to the dentist. I wish she could’ve been understanding, because everyone else I interacted with were friendly.
I got a cavity filled yesterday. First time for me. Dr Taylor and her assistant are awesome. I had some anxiety and don’t like how it felt being numb; they were very kind and patient. Dr. Taylor is gentle, calming and caring, and does excellent work. I felt no pain at all before, during or after. I highly recommend this Dentist.
