I was travelling from out of state visiting family on a holiday weekend. Friday afternoon the crown popped off my 10 year old dental implant. Google showed me the first 5 dentists near my location were closed. I was starting to panic that I would spend the whole 3 day weekend not eating and not smiling for family photos! I found Winston Smiles and they took me right in. Within 30 minutes from the tooth popping out, I was back to smiling. While the front desk ladies ran my information, the tech cleaned the crown, and Dr. Thomas was able to permanently cement it back in place. I was so grateful and told all my relatives in Winston about this wonderful office. Very helpful, friendly, caring people.
Came in for a Fill-In procedure and it was improperly done ! I am experiencing more pain then I was before and I was told by Dr.Zach to go visit the emergency room. They are so unprofessional and the office staff is rude ! I strongly do not recommend. P.S this is how the cashier handed me back my money ! Very rude
The dentist is fine, no issues with Dr. Albertson. But the support staff is so unprofessional, rude, & don’t know how to do their jobs. Candy at the desk has left multiple harassing messages about their insurance filing mistakes previously, Jennifer the office manager is very curt, & today I had the misfortune of dealing with Chelsea who just hangs up the phone on you cause she doesn’t know how to end a call like an adult. They need to reevaluate the people that represent their practice because the dentist does a great job, but you’d never be able to tell dealing with these people in the office.
This place is great, been going since I was a kid, always feindly here. Dr Albertson is really nice and so are all the nurses, I had two giant cavaties on my front teeth and I didn't smile because they were hideous, he got rid of them and my teeth are so Shiney and white now.
I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a kid. Everyone that works here is so kind and accommodating. My normal dental hygienist, Hannah, always remembers to bring shades so the light doesn’t bother my eyes. No one loves the dentist, but this practice always blows me away!
