Everyone was very kind and supportive. I have a bleeding disorder and Dr Ammoura was so gentle in her examination that I had no bleeding. She explained things very clearly and was very opened to questions. Kat the hygienist was very good at handling all my needs and talking me through the x-rays. She even gave me a warm weighted blanket as I was cold. Connie the receptionist was very welcoming and effective. The whole practice works very well together and are very knowledgeable. Dr Ammoura was great. She explained everything that was going to be done during my upcoming surgery. Heather was fantastic she talked with me while I was waiting to see Dr.
I had surgery on Thursday with Dr.Ammoura and Heather. They were soft spoken during the process and took care of me like I was a family member. Dr Ammoura told me what to expect from pre surgery to post surgery expectations. The surgical suite is large, comfortable and has beautiful windows with a panoramic view of the fall colored trees. Heated blanket, soothing music, and the most calm but confident voices to inform me of what was to be expected. It all seemed like a dream. The surgery was over before I knew it! I couldn’t believe how well this experience went for me! Due to Dr Ammoura’s knowledge, experience and dedication to me as her patient; I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the entire Westbrook team for their professionalism and compassion! Thank you so much for excellent service, supportive and top notch patient care!!
Very knowledgeable periodontist and staff. Also, very cheerful and respectful. They were happy to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
