I had a fantastic experience at Winston Salem Dental Specialist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Taylor was the first person I met with, she had a smile on her face, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Doctor Wright was very gentle, thorough and she explained everything in detail, making me feel completely at ease. The office is very clean and well organized. If you’re looking for a skilled, exceptional and caring Dentist, I highly recommend, Winston Salem Dental Specialist.
The most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Wright examined my teeth and gums to a degree I’ve never experienced. She discussed the interaction of teeth, gums, and bones and showed me exactly what she saw when we looked at my X-rays. She advised me of treatments to consider and most importantly, what to avoid. Dr. Wright wanted to know what my main concern was and set out to structure a plan for moving forward and said she would communicate with my previous provider as well as with the provider who referred me. For the first time, I felt hopeful. I immediately scheduled a cleaning for later that same day with Brittany. This cleaning was superior to any of the regular cleanings I have had over a lifetime. I immediately set up my next cleaning - this practice is in a category by itself. In addition, the staff is joyful and fun. From the moment Sydney welcomed me into the office and began the first stage of my exam, to the point that Mary Jane in the front office said “Goodbye”, the whole experience was a delight.
Everyone at Winston Salem Dental Specialists is amazing. I always feel as though I am a family member or valued friend. From the moment I check in with the front desk team through seeing Dr. Wright and/or Brittany, my hygienist, every encounter is friendly and efficient. Professionalism, kindness, expertise, and compassion are always present at WSDS. Kudos to you all! Thank you for providing exceptional dental and periodontal care to me.
Dr. Wright and the entire staff execute flawlessly with a rare combination of knowledge, efficiency, and compassion. They listen and explain, no question is considered beneath explanation. Although the entire staff is above excellent, my experience with Lauren was outstanding. She made the extra effort to get me a short-notice appointment and made the onboarding experience a breeze.
Dr. Wright and all of the staff were very accommodating towards my elderly mother. They worked her into the schedule on an emergency basis and helped her get in and out of the clinic when she was having a hard time walking. I would definitely recommend them.
