I just had a dental appointment with Dr. Aileru today 6/25/24. The filling she placed looks wonderful…..it is on the facial of the tooth and matches my tooth perfectly! You would never know it wasn’t the tooth! She was so gentle and caring, completely painless.Her assistant, Jennifer Johnson, was a great assistant, friendly and made you feel so comfortable. Zarnita was awesome. She was very friendly she cared for my teeth in a gentle and calming manner. She was insightful to assist me about flossing my teeth on the bottom where there is recent bonded retainer. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I’m considered as a new but a returning patient after years away. I’m happy to be back my experience was excellent.
Recently, I visited Riccobene for my regular checkup and cleaning. The office staff and dental professionals are always friendly and eager to help. Emily performed the cleaning and I told her about severe discomfort that that I was experiencing with a sharp tooth. Dr. McCullough arrived shortly after the cleaning and addressed the chipped tooth problem, and I returned home feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you Emily and Dr. McCullough!!! I just love the Riccobene Winston-Salem location!
I haven't been to the dentist in so long I can't even remember when. Went to the office in Clemmons who sent me to the Winston Salem location, Dr. McCullough. He was the most caring and kind dentist I have ever met. He explained everything that was going to be done and did not look down at me because I haven't been in so long. I had such bad dental trauma I just couldn't go. I'm not quite so afraid anymore. I HIGHLY recommend Riccobene. Kind people at both locations.
