Have been a patient since the very early 80s, when my mother was a Dental Hygienist. Awesome place and they still have a few people who have worked there since the day they opened. That says a lot about a dentist office. Best dentist I ever had was Dr. Hopkins, until he passed away. Also saw Dr. steven Erwin and the Orthodontist (forgot his name, was big into soccer). Keep up the great work. Btw, never remodel, always reminds me of my youth:)

I have been going to dental care since I was a kid back in the 80’s under my parents and now as an adult with my own insurance.. I was always provided with excellent service. My only suggestion is for dental care billing system to be updated. They have no online or telephone automated payment options. You have to call, mail payment or stop by office. My work schedule can make this difficult. My recommendation would be for dental care to allow a more convenient payment method. Almost all other established healthcare organization have one or both of these payment options I mention above.

Our child was undergoing Orthodontia treatments from Dr. Novak. She is a great dentist with a great staff. Unfortunately, my 42 year old wife was recently diagnosed with a disabling condition. As a result, we decided to relocate back to PA so that our families could assist us.
The Orthodontia care wasn’t completed. Even so, Winston Salem Dental Care REFUSED to refund us for the portion of care they would no longer have to provide. This is both unfair and unreasonable. We now have to pay a new Orthodontist to complete the treatment.

Do Not Go Here! This is the Worst Dentist I have ever been to! I had a tooth filled here and have had an infection since getting the filling done and the dentist refused to give me an antibiotic for the infection unless I came back into his office again. I highly recommend if you are looking at going to Winston Salem Dental Care you should pick some where else to go. You will definitely see why this place only has a 2.7 rating as soon as you walk in the door.

The wait time was not bad, so here is the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. It was during the procedure and the after care that was bad. It felt like someone was taking a pair of pliers and a dull knife to my mouth. I was in so much pain, I felt as though, I was going to pass out. I told them something was not right and was told to go home and sleep it of. I wasn't given an gauze to but where my tooth was removed or no after care instructions. I called the next day and was told there isn't anything that they can do. So I went to the er and was told that there was a broken piece of tooth still in my gum. I called and told them that, was told again, there isn't anything that we can do. So I just gave up and found another dentist, who removed the broken tooth. Never ever ever would I go back ever.
