Zarnita was awesome. She was very friendly she cared for my teeth in a gentle and calming manner. She was insightful to assist me about flossing my teeth on the bottom where there is recent bonded retainer. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I’m considered as a new but a returning patient after years away. I’m happy to be back my experience was excellent.

My experience at Riccobene in Winston Salem has been awesome! I started coming here months ago and have been very happy with every visit. I first started coming for braces. Dr Novak and her team are awesome! They were always very clear and gave any feedback whenever I asked. I was never in the chair for longer than 30 minutes, everything is super prompt, and everything is very easy! I came to visit Dr. Watkins today for some final last touches. I was being helped by both Dr. Watkins and Abbey. They are both very great! I was nervous at the beginning of the appointment as I didn’t know what to expect. They did a good job at explaining everything and making me feel at ease. Abbey made sure I pleased with how my teeth looked which I really appreciated. She assured me that my smile would be exactly how I wanted it! Ultimately, I am very happy with everything that has happened at Riccobene. I would most definitely recommend it to everyone I know, and have absolutely 0 complaints!

I just had a dental appointment with Dr. Aileru today 6/25/24. The filling she placed looks wonderful…..it is on the facial of the tooth and matches my tooth perfectly! You would never know it wasn’t the tooth! She was so gentle and caring, completely painless.Her assistant, Jennifer Johnson, was a great assistant, friendly and made you feel so comfortable. They were a great team, truly a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend seeing this dentist! Sharon Watson

Had an appt for routine cleaning on 7/10/24 with Amanda. Visit went smooth. I like that Amanda explains everything step by step about what she is doing. She always puts me at ease knowing that this is one place I don't like to visit.

Every part of my experience was outstanding. From the phone call I made to be fit in the next morning to the staff who greeted me upon check in and the assistant of Dr Brown lastly Dr Brown himself were all truly amazing. They made me feel comfortable and calmed my anxiety down. I truly appreciate the experience and will definitely establish my care permanently here for myself and my children
