Receptionist and greeter (young gentleman who offered to assist me up 3 Flights of stairs because elevator was out of order) were so nice and welcoming. Sydney and Sami were very friendly and took good care of me during my routine visit. I would highly recommend.

Mostly great! Early appointment, easy check in, and was called right back. Cleaning went well. Friendly staff. My only concern is that my teeth weren’t flossed as thoroughly as they should have been. I still have my wisdom teeth and my contacts are tight. She (Sydney?…tall with dark hair) skipped a few spaces because she “didn’t want the floss to break”. I can appreciate that but that’s never been an issue in the past. Besides that, everything was great!

My dental hygienist Terri was absolutely the best! She took such great care of me. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She truly made me feel at ease throughout my cleaning. Also, I love she took time to address any concerns! Highly recommend!

My experience with Riccobene Associates has always been pleasurable and positive. The staff and professionals are personable, competent and willing to answer any questions that I might have. Reminders of appointments are communicated in a timely manner through texts and emails. The check in process is quick and easy with wait time at a minimum. Office personnel are readily accessible after hours and even on the weekends. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates.

I appreciated everything and how good and hygienic Sami and Sydney were. They were gentle with my teeth and had clean them to feel nice and massaged. They were nice the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate everything again and definitely look forward in returning if needs be.
