My first dentist appointment here and I am so overwhelmed with the kindness I experienced and professionalism. Ethel was great with my teeth cleaning, very welcoming personality. Joanna in radiology and the wonderful tech who’s name I forgot were over the top kind. I didn’t have mi insurance card for dental and was not sure who my provider was. They made sure to help me not only locate my price but have my insurance billed for my full visit. I am completely satisfied and can’t wait to return! ❤️
EDIT: I was just told by another dentist that I have had no root canals. Dr. Reilly supposedly performed 3 root canals! I saw the x-ray, no root canals. I paid for root canals, I got none. I paid for dental care, I got none. I called for my records, I got none. Awful. Stay away! All of the equipment is ancient, the techniques are outdated, and their training is obviously obsolete. Everyone except the dentist and the x-ray tech are mean unpleasant people. ESPECIALLY the lady in billing.
Dr Dixon is a wonderful dentist!!She alerted me that crushing ice could be caused low iron.So happened that I had a Dr appointment for labwork.I told my Dr about that the crushing . Turns out that had very low iron. I ended up in hospital and 3 units of blood caused by internal bleeding. THANK YOU Dr Dixon for saving my life.
Have been a patient since the very early 80s, when my mother was a Dental Hygienist. Awesome place and they still have a few people who have worked there since the day they opened. That says a lot about a dentist office. Best dentist I ever had was Dr. Hopkins, until he passed away. Also saw Dr. steven Erwin and the Orthodontist (forgot his name, was big into soccer). Keep up the great work. Btw, never remodel, always reminds me of my youth:)
I have been going to dental care since I was a kid back in the 80’s under my parents and now as an adult with my own insurance.. I was always provided with excellent service. My only suggestion is for dental care billing system to be updated. They have no online or telephone automated payment options. You have to call, mail payment or stop by office. My work schedule can make this difficult. My recommendation would be for dental care to allow a more convenient payment method. Almost all other established healthcare organization have one or both of these payment options I mention above.
