I have a lot of experiences with Dentists, this group has some of the finest dentists I've used. I've had partials made, extractions, cleanings They have always gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They make the effort to keep my costs down, offering me alternatives, never pressured. I appreciate their honesty and expert consultations.
I was in a lot of pain, the staff did everything to assure me I'll be fine. There was no waiting at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist Kim was so rude when I called and asked about an appointment that I had. She told me that they didn’t have any information about me or any visits that I had there. Then miraculously she found me. Trash. The dentist was nice but the other team members are not.
