Employees I encounter were very pleasant. Listen to my needs. Not my wants. They always seem to have the bottom line in mind because they know how expensive things are nowadays and it did the best for the customers they can do because some service is outstanding performance outstanding. Totally recommend them. I'm letting them pull my teeth so and I've had very bad experiences with the dentist and they were concerned about me. Great dentist. Highly recommend them
Dr, McCullough explained options I could choose to have a tooth treated. His explanation was thorough and very detailed with the choice of the option would be mine, I appreciated his evaluation and plan of care and will proceed with the agreed treatment. His staff was very helpful and compassionate.
I’ve had a new-patient appointment scheduled for a week, with an email confirmation, reminder texts etc. I received an after-hours voicemail letting me know the online system (including new patient intake forms and all) were not a “real appointment” and to call back when they open the next day at a time after when my appointment was scheduled to happen. I called back immediately and the office was closed. It’s worth noting that their own email confirmations state a $50 fee would be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead of the appointment!
I have gotten excellent results at this dentistry. The Dentist is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the dental hygenist has done an excellent job checking and cleaning my teeth.
