I have been a patient at Riccobene for years and I am very satisfied with the service and work that they do. Especially with my doctor Dixon. She is not going to be satisfied until you’re 100 % satisfied. Her assistant Zarnita is Awesome too. She’s very friendly and gives great advice and feedback.
I have experienced the nicest and professional people at Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry. My dentist, Adam Robinson, DDS is extremely caring. He explains what he is doing as he goes and making sure his patient is comfortable at all times. So far I've had a tooth extraction, preparation for a crown, cleaning, and X-rays. I highly recommend this facility and all of the people that work there.
Dr. McCullough and his team are amazing. He is so patient with anyone that has trauma or fear of going to the dentist and takes the time to walk you through everything and explains what the process is. He also listens and understands what and how you are feeling. Hands down one of the best! I did have some confusion when checking out but Tiffany W. took the time to go over everything with me. She helped me to understand the process and everything that was involved on the checking out and getting my procedure booked. She took the time to email my information to me after I left as my new insurance was processing. She followed up with a phone call and made sure I was clear on everything and that I was all set for my procedure. THANK YOU Tiffany W.! She could clearly tell I was getting frustrated but she never once let that get to her. She calmed me down, explained everything in detail and we worked through it together. The world needs more people in customer service like her!
Employees I encounter were very pleasant. Listen to my needs. Not my wants. They always seem to have the bottom line in mind because they know how expensive things are nowadays and it did the best for the customers they can do because some service is outstanding performance outstanding. Totally recommend them. I'm letting them pull my teeth so and I've had very bad experiences with the dentist and they were concerned about me. Great dentist. Highly recommend them
I had an emergency visit yesterday due to severe pain, and I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. This isn’t even my usual dentist, but they went above and beyond, treating me like I had been a patient for years. Despite their busy schedule, they found time to see me right away, which was such a relief. Dr. Byrd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding during the consultation, instantly putting me at ease. Dr. McCullough performed the extraction with incredible skill—it was the least painful experience I’ve ever had. I was amazed at how precise the work was, with minimal bleeding and no swelling just a few hours later. I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received. Thank you both for making such a stressful and painful situation so much easier.
