Lou and Cheri were absolutely amazing! Cheri went above and beyond any expectations I had to make sure I was taken care of. Lou was there for all of my questions and made sure the mediation went the way it should by engaging the moderator and making sure the insurance company was held responsible for the compensation to me for my injuries. Thank you both and your entire team for helping me through this horrendous tragedy. I am forever grateful to you!

I have never had to even think about finding a lawyer considering I’m only 31, never would I imagined needing one. But Waple and Houk saved my life. Lou Waple, I can’t say enough kind words about this man. He become part of my life not just a lawyer, he listened when I cried, he fought for me like no one else was, he got what I deserved in the end and if it wasn’t for him idk where I’d be.
If you need someone who truly genuinely cares about fighting for what is right, the best possible outcome for you, who won’t let anyone take advantage of you because you may not know what the laws he is your guy!!

My case was horrible due to the impossible insurance company and case management support / lack thereof! However Lou and his team made me feel heard/ important even in times I was frustrated and let go of my decorum.
During this workers comp case , which was a very trick one because I was a traveling nurse at the time , I experienced a lot of hardships that Lou HIMSELF helped me navigate. I’ve dealt with attorneys and paralegals before & I can truly say though my paralegals were great , I spent more time talking to Lou than I did anyone else!
He was able to secure me exactly what I needed in order to attempt to put my life back together! Though I have a long road ahead of me one thing is for sure ,I hope I never get injured again but if I do I’m definitely coming back to them because they are and have always been incredible to me! I totally recommend. Lou is very personable , relatable , calm & kind.
His team is sweet, dedicated and patient.
